“Croquis polonais” is one of two preserved amateur travel films by Maurice Bekaert. Bekaert was a lawyer, but at some point he tied his professional career to commercial activity, which allowed him to visit many countries and, at the same time, devote himself to a new passion – filming. The quality of the photos, unprecedented in amateur productions, as well as the time of their creation make “Sketches…” one of the most interesting and unique pictures of life in pre-war Poland.

Polski Piach – a band initiated by Patryk Zakrocki, a violinist and composer currently playing the guitar. The musicians come from the Warsaw improvisation community, experimental jazz and contemporary music – the circle of the lado abc label. The band draws from the tradition of the first blues originating from Africa, as well as from the trance nature of Polish traditional music and the achievements of contemporary music.
